Honest, Developing, Quality and Reliable - these are our values on which the Jatic brand is based. Our values describe how we are as people, what we stand for and how we work in all parts of our business.

Honest
We are a medium-sized company and want good cooperation with our customers. We often ask an extra counter-question to the customer before the assignment to ensure the right resource for the right work. If we do not have the right resources available, we would rather say no to an assignment than do a worse job for the customer. Customers should feel safe with us in all walks of life with short decision paths and be sensitive to customers' interests. You who have met the management at Jatic and our supervisors know what we stand for our word holds it.

Developing
We must be flexible for our customers but also internally as well and constantly improve ourselves. We still have drive and innovation for sustainable societal development. We will take advantage of our employees' skills and offer good opportunities for development and training. We are very responsive where all suggestions for improvement are welcome from both customers and our own employees. Quality
We must be the company to trust, that if we take on a task, we deliver everything from start to finish. That the workers do their utmost to do a good job and at the same time be nice and clean up after themselves so that the whole is good and that the customer experience is top notch. That we are honest throughout the project and constant dialogue with our customers and suppliers. In this way, we will create and maintain long-term and good relationships. Reliable
We keep our word and we know our stuff in Industry and the ventilation sector with long experience. Customers should feel safe when they hire us. Our craftsmen have good skills and professional skills in each business area. We try our best to have good planning and do the right thing from the beginning. To keep schedules, we can with our experience from small to large projects eliminate many risks. We comply with laws and requirements and always carry ID06 on us on our projects.
